Martha is an ICT specialist with a wealth of experience in different technologies. At the Secretariat, she supports the unit in web and database development, systems administration and maintenance, and General IT user support.
Prior to joining the Ozone Secretariat in 1999, Martha worked with Communication Technologies Ltd., a communication company and Africa Online Inc. an ISP. Martha is a graduate with B.Sc. in Information Sciences and holds MCSE certification.
